Digital Products

All products available on Degree Empire are digital products (such as PDF notes, video courses, digital resources, and eBooks).

Once a purchase is completed and the product is delivered, accessed, or downloaded, we do not offer refunds or cancellations.

No Cancellation After Download

Due to the nature of digital content, orders cannot be canceled once access has been provided.

By purchasing from Degree Empire, you acknowledge that you are buying non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods, and therefore no refunds will be issued after the order is processed.

Exceptions to Refund

Refunds may be considered only in rare cases, such as:

  • You were charged multiple times for the same product due to a technical error

  • You did not receive access to the purchased product after a successful payment and contacted us within 48 hours with valid proof

Each request will be reviewed individually.
Degree Empire reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests if misuse, abuse, or violation of terms is detected.
